If for any reason you wish to cancel your e-commerce hosting program after the expiry  of the thirty day guarantee period, please contact support@ecommercehosts.com with your request, giving details of when and why you wish to cancel.

In general we will continue to host your site to the end of your existing contract, will disable your site so that it cannot be viewed at an earlier date if you so desire, but will not refund any payments on the basis of early terminations at the customers request.

Our policy is to conform to the terms of the contract, but we will consider each request, and reserve the right to make exceptions on  a case by case basis.
